Chad is an Accredited Land Consultant & Operating Partner for the Houston division of the Mock Ranches Group. Chad specializes in farm/ranch, transitional and recreational properties where he utilizes his lifetime of experience and knowledge in the agricultural and outdoor communities.

He is the proud recipient of the 2023 Regional Land Broker of the Year for Residential Land Sales as well as a multi year recipient of the APEX Producer Club Award was awarded by the Realtors Land Institute. He is a member of the KW Land & KW Luxury Divisions, Realtors Land Institute (RLI), member/owner & Ambassador for the Land Broker Co-Op, Texas Land Broker Network, Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, and Lifetime Member & Executive Committee for the Texas Rice Festival among others. When Chad is not assisting his clients he enjoys chasing deer in South Texas, bird hunting and having a fishing pole in his hand fighting the one that didn't get away.
